Cancellation & No-Show & Late Arrival Policy We understand that plans can change. If you are running late, or need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify Eleven11 Studio by calling or texting (832) 965-3733. * 24+ hours’ notice: Your deposit will be fully refunded. * Same-day cancellation/No-show appointments: Will forfeit the $30 deposit. A new $30 deposit will be required to book another appointment. Repeated same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments. * Arriving up to 15 minutes late may require simplifying or changing your nail design to ensure your service is completed on time. * Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled, and your $30 deposit will be forfeited Thank you for respecting our time and understanding our policies.
